The Omega Seaport-e Team includes partners with extensive Navy experience as well as the introduction of new and diversified capabilities and experience in other DoD branches with many of our large and small business partners.
Omega offers the experience, resources, systems, and processes essential to successfully manage the Seaport-e contract. We have tailored our infrastructure, processes, and technical capabilities to respond to geographically dispersed projects and deliver quality support and services.
Team Omega's approach to managing the Seaport-e contract is based on the successful management approach used to support the DoD customers for the past 14 years and includes the following components:
- Centralized program management, enabling task personnel to focus on customer support
- Responsive and involved senior management
- Highly qualified Program Manager with the authority required for contract success
- Well-defined authority, roles, and responsibilities program-wide
- Proven management and reporting processes and procedures
- In-place cost management system to monitor cost control and provide accurate invoices
- DCAA accepted accounting system
- Specific team member technical roles
- Open, continuous communication within the Team Omega and our customers
