Omega supports the Combined Arms and Tactics Directorate (CATD) and the Directorate of Operations and Training (DOT) at the United States Army Infantry Center and School (USAIC/S) by accomplishing crucial Army Transformation tasks. To support the USAIC/S Transformation, our analysts:

	Write system training plans (STRAPs)
	Develop, coordinate, and integrate weapons training and resourcing strategies
	Develop Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) simulation strategies
	Conduct front-end analyses
	Develop training support packages
	Integrate training tasks into the Infantry School’s curriculum
	Conduct conceptual, doctrinal, and organizational analysis of the Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) for the 11th Infantry Regiment
	Revise and update Infantry doctrine and collective training products
	Integrate the Contemporary Operating Environment (COE), Every Soldier a Sensor (ES2), and lessons learned from recent combat operations

Overall, we work to ensure Infantry units in the Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) forces and Future Combat System (FCS) are designed, equipped, and organized to fight and win any future war.
