The
Army Battle Command System (ABCS) is
the Army’s component of
the Global Command and Control
System (GCCS). It is a complex
network of systems that receive
and transmit information among
the joint forces. ABCS facilitates
world-class Command, Control,
Communication, Computers, Intelligence,
Surveillance, and Reconnaissance
(C4ISR) on the battlefield.
To support Soldier
training, our personnel conduct
ABCS training analysis and provide
training for the United States
Army Infantry Center and School
(USAIC/S), including operator training
for Maneuver Control System (MCS)
and Force XXI Battle Command Brigade
and Below (FBCB2).
Each year, more
than 2,660 Soldiers attend the
Basic Officer Leadership Course
Phase III (BOLC II) and the Basic
Noncommissioned Officer Course
(BNCOC), and graduate, trained
to become operators of FBCB2. Also,
1,500 Soldiers attending the Infantry
Captains Career Course and the
Advanced Noncommissioned Officer
Course (ANCOC) graduate, trained
to become operators of MCS. Omega
is proud to provide the resources
needed to conduct these courses. |
