As an integral part of Army Transformation, the United States Army Infantry Center and School (USAIC/S) is developing the Basic Officer Leader Course II (BOLC II).

This course aims to produce competent, confident, and adaptable lieutenants:

	Able to lead Soldiers in the contemporary operational environment
	Trained in warrior tasks and the warrior battle drills, who will not accept defeat
	Demonstrating the characteristics of Army leaders while living the Army Values
	Who embody the Warrior Ethos

Omega helps the 11th Infantry Regiment prepare to teach the BOLC II course by:

	Completing lesson Terminal Learning Objectives (TLOs) and Enabling Learning Objectives (ELOs).
	Reviewing and revising the BOLC II content and structure.
	Identifying and documenting equipment, materials, and ranges necessary to conduct BOLC II.
