New Equipment Training

For any business, the need for specialized instruction accompanies the arrival of new equipment. Employees often do not understand the features that new equipment offers, and businesses need high-quality training to be efficient and effective. The defense community feels this need the most; Soldiers are continually introduced to new equipment with novel capabilities that they have not yet encountered.

The team responsible for training these Soldiers should completely understand the equipment’s unique functions, tactical culture of the Army, and Soldiers who will use it. With a host of former Soldiers and extensive training experience, we are well-qualified to perform NET.

In fact, we have provided training to introduce many pieces of new equipment. Our NET training projects include:

  • 120mm mortars Operator New Equipment Training (OpNET)
  • Mortar Fire Control System-Heavy (MFCS-H) OpNET
  • Lightweight Handheld Mortar Ballistic Computer (LHMBC) OpNET
  • Stryker/MFCS OpNET
  • Maneuverable Canopy (MC-6) Parachute
  • Long-Range Advanced Scout Surveillance System (LRAS3)
  • Driver's Vision Enhancer (DVE)
  • Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment (RAID) System
