Design and Development
Effective training can only be accomplished with good design. To ensure the efficient design and development of training products, we use the long-established and proven ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) first employed in software development. The graphic below depicts the tasks that occur during the design and development of any project. Throughout this process, we apply established quality assurance procedures to ensure the product meets our high standards.
