Program ManagementSuccessful performance is directly linked to how well a company manages processes necessary to deliver the products required. We are committed to work with an integrated team approach, which includes the customer, to produce an effective training product that meets our customer’s requirements.We have repeatedly demonstrated our ability to successfully manage and administer both large and small contracts and operations at multiple locations. To illustrate this, we are the only company to remain under contract for the Land Warrior Program throughout its several transitions. For more than eight years we have been the training lead, coordinating the efforts of up to six other companies and ten DoD agencies.
