Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Analysis

With the DoD 5000.2R requirements and the push for performance-based logistics, proper Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) analysis is critical. Omega’s team includes logistical experts capable of conducting CLS analysis to determine the best logistical support for the customer.

We can perform cost-benefit analysis to determine whether CLS or organic support will provide the most efficient and productive logistical support for supply, distribution, maintenance, and training.

We have provided onsite representatives who repair and replace fielded equipment for the Land Warrior program since its inception. We have specifically tailored this CLS to the number of systems, complexity of equipment, and capabilities of the fielded sites.
