Welcome to the Team OMEGA CSBS

Headquarters, Installation Management Agency (IMA) initiated the CSBS contract to better sustain the total force by providing comprehensive PPP/PSP installation support to replace Reserve Component (RC) Soldiers and units formerly augmenting garrison staffs for mobilization, deployment, and demobilization.

Team Omega, having successfully competed for CSBS, provides garrison commanders expertise in the following areas.



CONUS Support Base Services – The Omega Training Division of CAI is a prime contractor for the CSBS contract. The contract is handled in the Training, Analysis and Support Business Unit’s Installation Management Division. The CSBS Program Manager is a former Garrison Commander who served as the Installation Commander of Ft McClellan Army National Guard Training Center.
