At the Omega Training Division of Cubic Applications, Inc, we provide quality services to DoD agencies and the defense industry, identify and analyze requirements to meet customer operational, training, and logistics needs. We have a broad range of experience developing new and refining existing training. We analyze and improve programs to enhance individual and unit ability to fight, move, communicate, survive, and win. Our training developers perform evaluations, front-end analyses, compile focused learning objectives, and create and deliver many paper-based and digital training products.

We use an Integrated Program Management System to plan, direct, coordinate, and control New Equipment Training (NET); Instructor and Key Personnel Training (I&KPT); Training Plan Implementation, Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS); Training Product Development; Training Support Packages (TSP), MANPRINT, System Training; Fielding & Training Plans; Test and Evaluation and Integrated Logistics System Planning.
