Basic Officer Leader Course II (BOLC II)
As an integral part of Army Transformation, the United States Army Infantry Center and School (USAIC/S) is developing the Basic Officer Leader Course II (BOLC II).
This course aims to produce competent, confident, and adaptable lieutenants:
- Able to lead Soldiers in the contemporary operational environment
- Trained in warrior tasks and the warrior battle drills, who will not accept defeat
- Demonstrating the characteristics of Army leaders while living the Army Values
- Who embody the Warrior Ethos
Omega helps the 11th Infantry Regiment prepare to teach the BOLC II course by:
- Completing lesson Terminal Learning Objectives (TLOs) and Enabling Learning Objectives (ELOs).
- Reviewing and revising the BOLC II content and structure.
- Identifying and documenting equipment, materials, and ranges necessary to conduct BOLC II.
