The Army’s Future Combat Systems (FCS) are comprised of a family of advanced, networked air and ground-based maneuver, maneuver support, and sustainment systems that include both manned and unmanned platforms.
Omega personnel in the Directorate of Combat Developments (DCD) have been involved in the United States Army Infantry Center and School (USAIC/S) effort from its inception. Our personnel help the USAIC/S conduct FCS experiments and develop and integrate Infantry FCS with Future Force concepts and requirements. Working together, the USAIC/S and Omega ensure that the Infantry is organized and equipped to dominate the close fight of the future.
