Ray Kauffman: Former CEO currently a consultant - Co-founded Omega Training Division in 1990 after retiring from the US Army.

Mr. Kauffman directed the company's operational aspects, ensuring every customer receives quality, timely products, and services. This philosophy secured Omega's reputation as "A Contractor of Choice" for many DoD agencies and major defense contractors. He has a proven track record for meeting customer needs, accomplishing project goals, and fulfilling project requirements on time and within budgetary constraints.

Mr. Kauffman belongs to numerous industry associations, including the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), and the National Infantry Association (NIA).

Mr. Kauffman holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Tampa, and a master's of science in public administration from Shippensburg University. He is also a graduate of the US Army War College.

Roger Hewitt: Former COO currently a consultant - Co-founded Omega Training Division in 1990 after retiring from the US Army.

Mr. Hewitt shaped Omega into a high profile company that has a proven performance record with DoD agencies and other major defense contractors.

Mr. Hewitt has over 30 years of leadership and management experience qualifying him as an expert in Soldier needs, equipment, and training for the 21st century.

Mr. Hewitt belongs to and actively supports numerous industry and professional organizations to include the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), and the National Infantry Association (NIA).

Mr. Hewitt holds a bachelor's degree in education from West Virginia University and a master's of science in education administration from the University of Missouri.
