Multimedia training developed for distance learning is readily available to learners over the
Internet, which reduces instructor and classroom hours and alleviates scheduling constraints.

Our Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) follow sound training principles
to recommend creative strategies for presenting training. Our Graphic Artists and Multimedia
Designers create dynamic and interactive visual effects to enhance training presentations and
engage learners.
What Is the ISD Model?
We use the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model to develop multimedia training. (The Army
refers to this process as the Systems Approach to Training, or SAT.) Customer review is an
integral part of this collaborative process. From development through completion, customers can
view and comment on training courses through our web-based lesson hosting, review, and comment
tracking site.
