Since
the inception of the Land Warrior
(LW) program, Omega has been
the designated lead in training development.
As one of our tasks, we have designed
and developed IMI courseware to support
Land Warrior Operator and Leader
training for Initial Operational
Tests and Evaluation (IOT&E).
These lessons teach
LW equipped Soldiers the skills
they need to operate and employ
the LW system; they address skills
such as assembling, configuring,
operating, maintaining, and conducting
tactical missions with the system.
We also developed
a special hardware adapter to allow
these lessons to be delivered using
appended training technology.
