Omega supported
the United States Army Accessions
Command (USAAC) at Fort Jackson and
the Warrior Training Center, by developing
materials to standardize the training
of cadre who instruct Soldiers undergoing Initial
Entry Training (IET).
Our experienced training
developers and Soldier experts refined,
updated, and developed Programs of
Instruction (POIs) and lesson plans,
and then applied the
latest web-based training and small
group instruction techniques to
create Interactive Multimedia Instruction
(IMI) and visual aids.
Our major efforts
involved:
 |
To
support USAAC’s goal
for all IET Soldiers to have
a common processing experience,
we leveraged our extensive
Infantry experience to standardize
training techniques and procedures
for all active and reserve
reception battalions. To
accomplish this effort, we
developed TRADOC Supplement
1 to AR 612-201, and produced
Soldierization Training Support
Packages (TSPs) and videos
for the Reception Battalion
Proponent Office.
