Omega developed
IMI lessons for the Infantry School's
11B Infantry and 11C Mortar Leader
BNCOC courses. The purpose of BNCOC
is to train small unit leaders
on the employment of weapons, equipment
and tactics, and to prepare them
for future leadership responsibilities.
The conversion of this lecture-based
instruction to distance learning
resulted in a considerable reduction
in instructor hours and facility
resources needed for this course.
These lessons are SCORM and learning
management system (LMS) compliant,
and can be delivered online worldwide
via the the Army's Reimer Digital
Library.
