The 11C Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course (ANCOC) focuses on training prospective 11C leaders in the fundamentals of their mortar platoon duties and responsibilities. Multimedia training lessons in the 11C ANCOC course include:

	Urban Operations
	Advanced Fire Support Planning
	Preparation of an Execution Matrix and Overlay
	Employment of Smoke on the Battlefield

Like the completed 11B and 11C BNCOC courses, these lessons are SCORM and learning management system (LMS) compliant, and can be delivered online worldwide via the the Army's Reimer Digital Library.
