Ray Kauffman: President, Chief Executive Officer - Co-founded Omega Training Group, Inc., in 1990 after retiring from the US Army.

Mr. Kauffman directs the company's operational aspects, ensuring every customer receives quality, timely products, and services. This philosophy secured Omega's reputation as "A Contractor of Choice" for many DoD agencies and major defense contractors. He has a proven track record for meeting customer needs, accomplishing project goals, and fulfilling project requirements on time and within budgetary constraints.

Mr. Kauffman belongs to numerous industry associations, including the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), and the National Infantry Association (NIA).

Mr. Kauffman holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Tampa, and a master's of science in public administration from Shippensburg University. He is also a graduate of the US Army War College.
