Unit’s mission
is to provide exceptional customer
satisfaction through affordable
quality training and support services.
The Analyses and
Studies team provides analytical,
design, development, and execution
expertise to support training,
testing, and study requirements
for both internal and external
Omega customers. Our training products
cover the complete range of requirements,
from initial task analysis through
Programs of Instruction, lesson
design and development, and training
execution. Tests,
evaluations, studies and analyses are designed and conducted by an experienced,
competent, and dedicated staff. All products are developed in direct, close
coordination with the customer. We are focused on meeting our customers’ needs.
The e-Learning
team provides products that are
engaging, performance-oriented,
subject-focused, and technically
astute. We can develop these products
from the ground-up, or they may
result from any level of courseware
conversion. Graphic
arts, web, software development, and marketing presentations are a natural
outgrowth of the computer-based training skills and processes that play
an expanding role in business unit capabilities.
The Software Development team provides
the programming core to our Interactive
Multimedia products. Our engineers
are up to date with the latest
AICC and SCORM specifications.
We have intimate knowledge and
experience using many Learning
Management Systems (LMS).
The CONUS team
supports installation commanders
with their missions of running
all aspects of their installation. Headed by two former Garrison
Commanders with backgrounds that cover nearly all aspects of installation
management, this division can assist in areas of DPW, Logistics, Human
Resources, Community Activities, Transformation, Mobilization/Demobilization
and Training Soldiers. We can provide world-class installation support
at any location on demand.
