Overall, Omega’s CONUS Support Team supports installation commanders with their missions of running all aspects of their installation.  Headed by two former Garrison Commanders with backgrounds that cover nearly all aspects of installation management, this division can assist in areas of DPW, Logistics, Human Resources, Community Activities, Transformation, Security, Homeland Defense, Mobilization/Demobilization and Training Soldiers.  We can provide world-class installation support at any location on demand.

Presently, this business unit is participating in three contracts:

	Operations, Planning, Training, and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS): As a subcontractor to both General Dynamics Information technology (GDIT) and Eagle Group, we provide Modularity Coordination Cells (MCC) as part of the Army’s Transformation process. We currently have cells at Forts Benning, Bragg, Campbell, Drum, Hood, and Stewart. This summer, we will construct cells at Ft. Bliss and assemble a second cell for the 1st Cavalry at Ft. Hood.
	Maneuver Support Center (MANSCEN): As a sub-contractor to IEM, we will provide support to the Maneuver Support Center at Ft. Leonard Wood.
	CONUS Support Base Services (CSBS): As a prime contractor for CSBS, we support the Installation Management Agency (IMA) in handling mobilization/demobilization for the Army. This effort aims to reduce the intense pressure on the reserve forces that have been handling mobilization/demobilization.
